Musings of a muddled mind

Dr. Lynn Pehrson, Professor of Social Work, BYU.

Packed up and ready to start a new chapter in his life.
Saturday started out early with a plan to ride the Harley up to Mirror Lake with the Temple Riders. The weather didn't look good for that kind of a ride so we went to breakfast with the group at Mimi's in Orem and then went to BYU to finish bringing Lynn's boxes home. Lynn didn't have tears in his eyes as we carried out the last box and locked the door behind us but I sure did. Seemed pretty final. He has been cleaning out books and file cabinets for a couple of weeks but it really hit me between the eyes when I saw the empty office.

It ended up being a very productive day but not what exactly what he had hoped for that day.

Kyle didn't go to Mirror Lake either. He helped us move furniture at the house all day and for that we are especially grateful. Seems no matter what we need Kyle is here to help out. At the end of the day, this is what Lynn's new office at home looks like:
